Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees at the beginning of each billing cycle.

4.4 Price Changes

We may change the fees for our subscription plans. If we do so, we will provide notice of the change on our website or by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fees.

5. Acceptable Use

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall WhatFlow.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WhatFlow.ai regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning the subject matter of these Terms.
